When I provided information, they responded with that they thought it meant and then followed up after their site visits/fixes to let me know exactly what happened and how it was addressed. I would have loved to have no issues whatsoever, but I couldn't have asked for better responses given there were some.Overall a great experience and I felt like my money was well spent.T.J. Luckily Luis was standing there when we called again, and was asked if he could do the job. He agreed. We are very grateful and thankful he did. The first tech that came out isn't the reason I'm writing this review, he was quick to tell me what was wrong and would talk over the top of me while I was explaining what was happening. When he left he said everything is back to where it should be and I said Ill see you tomorrow because the alarm is going to go off again tomorrow. Sure enough it did I called back and they were quick to send someone out again. Brian Chapin looked at the control box, pulled the cover off of the pump tank and within 30 seconds said, "There's the problem the float has come loose and is floating in the tank" Within about 15 minutes he had the float pole pulled up re-attached the float and even replaced the zip ties on the other floats with metal pipe clamps. He tested the system and what do you know its working perfectly. Brain also pulled the filter and clean it out, checked the solids tank and suggested we get it pumped which we will do. Brian was the Service Tech we are all hoping we get whenever we need any kind of service work performed. He listened to everything I had to say, explained everything he was doing, was well versed in his trade, but most of all I felt completely confident that he was the right man for the job. He even helped me with making sure that I was not billed any additional charges for his work that day. Even though day 1 technician didn't fix the problem, I'm still giving them 5 stars for the way they handled this call. Brian is the technician every company wished they had. They weren’t able to replace the pump then due to not having the part with them, so I called the office and they were able to schedule us for Sunday morning. He made sure we understood everything he was about to do before getting started, made sure he addressed any questions or concerns we had, and then went right to work. He installed the new pump and did all the necessary testing for us and gladly, our new pump was covered under warranty and we had a really good outcome.
