Jay and the Advanced team were great to work with on our complicated drain field failure! Super communicative, took a lot of time to educate us and were very open and up front about options and constraints every step of the way. They put in effort to navigate extra requirements from the county and when they needed to contract things, worked to find lower cost options they trusted. We had a septic emergency on the weekend. I made several calls trying to get help. A Advanced to the rescue!! Kaylie the office manager was so kind and so helpful. She gave a full accounting of what the repair charges may be. Andrew, the repair technician arrived within an hour. He was really kind. He fixed the problem quickly and competently.

Nick came out from Aadvanced super early (great for me!) and did very quick efficient service on my tank system. I think that he did not even wake the rest of the household! Very nice to work with, clean and thorough.

On Years Eve Day just before noon my septic tank warning alarm sounded. After trouble shooting as best as I could, I called AAdvanced services. They quickly sent the first technician, Nic, who was very personable, efficient and informative about the work he was doing. He determined that my pump needed to be replaced, discussed with me clearly what my options were. After I approved the pump replacement asap, Nic promptly called the second tech, Josiah, to replace the pump, floats and wiring as needed. Josiah was also very personable, efficient and informative about the work he did. I had a working septic system and a pleasant experience, long before New Year came! Charges were reasonable, exactly what was estimated for my prior approval.

I would like to thank A Advanced Septic for the emergency service Friday night. They were at my home approximately 3 hours after finding out our tank was in need of pumping and reaching out to them. The technician, Cody was first class! Motivated, professional and definitely new his work. We will always go back to them for future work and I would recommend them highly.

This company is FANTASTIC! Great customer service, communication and service in general. We scheduled a maintenance appointment, but it was discovered that our tank needed work, which they scheduled the next day. It ended up being worse than expected and our tech was here until 12:30 am getting it taken care of, even though we volunteered to have him leave it and come back the following week, he stayed until the job was done. OUTSTANDING!!!

This company is fantastic. We woke up with none of our toilets flushing and standing water in the bathtub. Called all over until another company recommended this one since hardly anybody works on septic systems. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and comforting and was able to get a fantastic guy out to our house (even though it was a Saturday) within a couple of hours. He diagnosed and fixed the problem extremely quickly and we were so grateful. He told us about some additional work that could be done and provided quotes, but didn't pressure us at all. Driver was awsome, very good communication and informationI was able watch him vacum/pump out tank even said in his opinion most service calls are from Costco toilet paper and even said his preference was angel soft. 12 years after purchasing our house, we finally had the septic pumped. A Advanced was one of several companies that I reached out to. They were less expensive and more readily available. What impressed me most was the professional technicians - Andrew was so patient with all of my questions and he happily informed me about my system and how to best maintain it (I was pretty concerned after 12 years). Pump for the drain field crapped out (no pun intended) great team of folks doing the work. I’ve been using advanced since the old man started it and didn’t even have his own pump truck yet, service has been top notch then and with the empire he has built it’s still off the charts good. I had a cracked coupling from when the pipes resettled after work done, mud and dirt were getting into my septic system. I called these guys and they were here within a couple of hours for a warranty repair. They completely replaced the elbow that was cracked stabilize the pipe and made sure everything was sealed and working correctly. I've used these guys two or three times now and every time they've done an amazing job. This time Amos was our tech. I also really appreciate the care and listening but the foreman took when I was explaining the problem. I would definitely use these guys again, and I would recommend them to anybody that needed septic services.

They've serviced my house twice, and both times the service was excellent. My most recent service was two years ago. I noticed a smell coming from the system, so I reached out to ask when I should schedule another service. I had A-Advance install a new septic system a number of years ago. They did a great job. I recently had my septic alarm go off on a Saturday morning. The person who answered the phone walked me through what to do. He offered emergency service that day or a regular service on Monday. We went with Monday. First thing Monday i received a phone call letting me know when the technician would be there. He arrived promptly and solved our issue quickly. Since I wasn’t there he called me and walked me through what happen and what he did. The level of service was really good as was the communication through the process. Please use this company. I had a backed up line and worried my septic needed to be emptied. I called them late one night and the came the next day. The did a full inspection and found that the filter was clogged and the tank needed to be emptied. I’ve used A Advanced Septic in my professional life (realtor) and as a home owner. While living in this house, we’ve used them for 4 years. We have an advanced septic system & haven’t had very good luck with technicians. We talked about this being our last year using them, but Robert came out today for an inspection and he was amazing! This was the first time that we felt like we had a technician who knew what he was doing and had a lot of knowledge. The office staff has always been great over the years. I do recommend this company and at least giving them a try.

Technician James came out and performed the inspection and talked me through the condition of the various parts of the system and then restored the yard. Great response time for calls, wonderful customer service. I tried working with Beacon Plumbing but couldn’t get anyone to show up and the same day I called A Advanced and was able to schedule someone to come in two days. Received multiple calls throughout the day to reassure that I was still getting service. Then I received a call from technician when he was 20 minutes out along with a text with a tracking link to show me where he was in the journey. My technician was very helpful and recommended a new filter. He was finished in a prompt time and didn’t require me to stay the whole time. Will definitely be calling this company again in the future.

Wonderful service. Called them on a Saturday evening. Left a message and they (Maxie from the office) called back the same evening. She was very friendly and helpful. They were upfront with cost and arranged for early next morning to come pump out our septic. Conner Bugher their technician came out early in the morning the next day and took care of our septic problem. He was professional and courteous. Our septic tanks are now cleaned out. Would use them again. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with the company foreman Brian talking to me in the phone, letting me know what was probably going on, what I could do in the meantime. This company has some of the best customer service! From the first phone call to the last service and payment! Every thing was explained to me and all questions answered! Never seem like you are pestering them! I would highly recommend them without question!NEW UPDATE! After the final update the rest of the job has really gone downhill. One thing the company did not do was to inspect the pump before they put the lids and risers in. The pump was 30 years old and failed after one month of the repair. So of course they had to come out and replace the pump and charged me another exorbitant amount. They admitted that this should have been something they should have done but didn't. Found out soon after the job was complete that a sprinkler line was broken and had to have that repaired. Who would have thought you call a septic company to have sprinkler repair done? Long story short I contacted my sprinkler repair people they came out repaired it definitely said it had been done by the Septic company and I should talk to them about being refunded. Did that apparently that was the wrong thing to do! They did finally agree to pay for the repair also was told by several people that the backfill around the risers and Lids were poorly done. Of course I can't do anything about that! The next thing that happened was I got a whopping $550 water bill that was caused by the leak underground. I sent the copy of the bill to the company and was given two options as far as helping with the payment on this. They offered me one free pumping when I needed or a monetary refund. After I agreed to the monetary refund I got a message from the field supervisor that the executive committee chose not to give me any money back since they had already paid for the repair of the sprinkler line period. I think this is very poor business practice on there and when they had agreed to compensate me partially for the loss on the water. The repair was done satisfactorily however the follow-up to all the repair was very very poor customer service! What other thing is their accounting department leaves a lot to be desired. Apparently they don't correspond at all with their field people! Yes the work was done however there was lots of questionable practices after it was done. I would definitely think twice about using them again.

Very easy and polite staff… I NEEDED my septic inspected and reported to the state next day. I called thirty minutes before closing and Robert G was there wrapping up the inspection before noon the next day! And I was gone at work the whole time… I returned later and they hadn’t left a trace…. I definitely recommend these guys if you need your septic inspected!

Our drain field failed and we needed a full replacement of a ~50 year old system. A Adavanced was able to take care of us completely. They were up front about all of the costs. They even interpreted contract terms in ways beneficial to us the home owners. Example: Contract says they will haul away extra dirt. They also hauled away a huge amount of overgrown vegetation (close to a full dump truck) where they had to dig.We ran into several alarm states right after the system was installed, but they came out either same day or first thing the next morning to address them. Each time they were responsive (Thanks Pedro!) and took my concerns seriously. When I provided information, they responded with that they thought it meant and then followed up after their site visits/fixes to let me know exactly what happened and how it was addressed. I would have loved to have no issues whatsoever, but I couldn't have asked for better responses given there were some.Overall a great experience and I felt like my money was well spent.

Excellent service from the first call to clean up. I thought that my tank needed to be pumped and was worried that it was going to cost around $700. The guys Andrew and Eric arrived on time and got straight to work. They immediately identified that it was just a clog and inspected the tank and inlets. They had it cleared the clog and cleaned the filter in no time at all and was less than $300. They explained the cause and gave me great info to avoid it from happening again. They could've easily told me that it needed to be pumped and I wouldn't have known any different. They were personable, knowledgeable and very efficient. I could not be happier with the service and will gladly have them back for routine preventive service.

A+ experience for a not so A+ issue. We discovered we needed our septic pumped on a Sunday. A Advanced Septic & Construction Services actually answered when we called (unlike others we had tried who claimed to be 24 hrs). Because we could still use our facilities, we were scheduled for first thing the next morning. Our technician, Nic Haworth was prompt, informative, and extremely professional. I am very happy with the service I received from A Advanced Septic! I had my tank pumped and risers installed. Two different crews, both were super professional and did a great job! This will be my go to company for everything having to do with my septic system going forward!

Our technician Eric was great! He carefully explained how our septic system worked and why it had backed up. His advice will help us avoid issues in the future, saving us money in long run. We appreciate his friendly and helpful attitude.

I need to have my septic tank pumped and made an appointment with the office. They were able to come out rather quickly and they respond quickly on the phone as well. They gave me some good advice on how to maintain my system as well as give me prices for installing risers for my system since there is fill over my tank. We called around two 4 different companies and decided on A Advanced. They were not the cheapest option out of the 4. But the price difference was a difference of 20 bucks. What I liked is they were up front with all the fees. They also were able to be out to our house within the time frame given.They had great communication, and once they arrived very professional. Pumping septic systems is not glamorous work. But, they got the job done, and were so helpful. They even send you pictures of what was done. So, you can keep for your records.

Cory H n Chris H n Guillermo did a fantastic job over here at the Golden Rose Park today. My place was backed up n bubbling out of the shower. They diagnosed the issues, there was multiple, and then they put there professional skills to work to fix the problem. Now I have worked with a few contractors on this place but none was more professional and spot on with the plumbing n septic system here. They explained to me in detail what others have installed wrong and talked to me all the way through about my drain issues and which septic tank was actually servicing my place. I would say that all 3 deserve recognition and a raise for what they accomplished today considering the age of this place and the mess they walked into. A Advanced were a great choice. Their tech Cody showed up within an hour and was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond and has to work extra hard to get the problematic lids off which were under a low porch so he had to get on his stomach to work on prying the lids off. He cleared the intake clog and the tank didn't actually need to be pumped. I appreciate his great honest service.

Positive attitudes on site, friendly and very communicative with lots of feedback about our septic system condition. In and out in about an hour and back to normal after 100% full septic tank and jetter clean out due to clogged line. They were in no hurry to leave until all systems tested successful and simultaneously and waited for my all clear to leave. Would have them out again in a heartbeat and an A+ experience. On initial service call they responded same day, drained tanks to identify the issue as pump failure, ordered all part's and scheduled electricians who responded in two days and had new pump installed and operating in less than 2 hours. We had a great experience with A Advanced Septic Services/team last week. The office people were friendly and prompt. The technicians contacted us within the same day. We are very pleased with the services the technicians provided. A special thank-you to Brian Sorensen, and Andrew Cushman, who worked long hours in the rain to fix the clogs and tree roots in our main drain. They were very thorough and professional. They took great care and explained the work thoroughly to us. The final bill is reasonable. We are very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them to everyone.

I had scheduled riser replacement work done on a Monday. They got there early, got the work done, and tried to put the lawn back together the best they could!! 3 days later the septic alarm went off (Thurs night). I contacted the office to get someone out to check the situation Friday and get it fixed so the house wouldn't be out of water for the weekend. Well, 4pm went by, 6pm, 8pm went by. By that time I figured I was screwed. Around 8:30pm I got a call from a technician. They were on there way and about 5 minutes out. Yes, they came to my house just before 9pm, did the work in about 30 minutes and were on their way. I was, and am, so grateful that they did that. Thank you again.

They came out late in the evening around 7:00 p.m. The technicians were polite and helpful. They showed me how my system works and answered all my questions. Are septic had a leak they were able to fix on the job that night. I'm very grateful for their service

My tank alarm went off on a Sunday morning. Not knowing what the problem was. I started reaching out to septic companies. Many had open 24hrs on there add. A Advanced was the only one out of 6 companies that was VERY professional and quick on coming out. Luis Rodriguez was my technician that came out. He was very professional, polite, and respectful. He walked me threw the steps and throughly explained everything to me. I strongly recommend this company. It is ran like a family owned business and not a big corporate company.

I called multiple companies to have my septic tank pumped. This company was the only one that asked if there was back up into the house. When I said yes they immediately said they will have a person out as soon as possible to take care of the problem.The gentleman (James) called to let me know he was on the way. Great service and very good customer service. Both crews that came out were excellent. Our pump went out on a Friday night at 10 pm. Monday the tanks were pumped and Tuesday the pump was replaced and all is good.

Called them at 7pm on thanksgiving day due to my septic system backing up. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable and professional and explained the rates with me. I received a text message with the technicians photo and a ETA of arrival. The technician arrived that same night and found my filter was clogged and explained everything to me and replaced my septic filter. He didn’t charge me to pump the tanks due to it not being necessary. Replaced my filter and my septic system has been working great since. Additionally the price the technician gave me was lower than what they charged! I would definitely recommend this company! They are very responsive/ professional and fair in price I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future when my septic system needs to be pumped!!!

We had an issue we were trying to diagnose as a plumbing or septic problem in our home. We called them and after a few questions and checking a couple things they suggested, it became clear we needed the septic addressed first. They said they could get someone out that day and maybe in the next four hours. Within an hour, someone was there and an hour after that, the problems were resolved and I knew a lot of more about our septic system. I don't leave online reviews often, but the service and expertise we received made we want to let them and others know that this is a good company to call and work with.

Scheduling an appointment with A advanced services was quick and easy.Unfortunately they missed their arrival window and we had to reschedule. I understand things come up, especially emergency service calls that may pull a technician away, but they made sure to take care of me for the inconvenience which I really appreciated.Their technician James came out for the next appointment and he was great to work with. Very easy to work with. I knew what I was to except, payment wise, before the technician showed up. This is the first time I have had septic, and first time servicing. I did not know the location of my tanks but the tech located and dug out the covers before I heard back from my realtor. The tech was very thorough, took pictures and provided me with pointers. I attempted to tip him a little, but he refused…I insisted though! I’m not into smelling my own stench much less others. I’m going to be a repeat customer. Thanks folks!

Really great customer service. The worker who came out to my place did so on an emergency call. They had to drive nearly two hours to get to my residence and wound up working late in the dark. They were polite and friendly the entire time and really helped us out. I really appreciate the extra effort they made to solve our issue. In June of 2020 A Advanced Septic came out to our place for a Drain Field Rehab. Prior to that service, we had been nervous anytime we had company. Would the system hold up, even though we were careful with extra toilet flushing and showers?The techs arrived right on time, were personable and efficient, and got right to work. Days and weeks after the rehab, we could see that the system was working well.Now in August of 2023, after several family reunions, we continue to be impressed with our well-functioning system.We wholeheartedly recommend A Advanced Septic for excellent communication and effective A+ service!

When I scheduled I had mentioned we were in a rush to get this done due to the selling of our home. This man called me and said ‘hey can I come earlier’. Of course you can! He showed up within the new time frame of 20 - 25 minutes from the time of the phone call. He was super fast at getting everything done! He had to dig in this super hot weather and still was amazing at the end of it! 10/10 would 100% recommend not only this company but also this technician! Matthew and his trainee came to my home today to pump and inspect my system for sale. This is my second service with A Advanced and just as before they were professional and informative. I chose your company a few years back on the recommendation of a neighbor and I am so glad we did. Everything was explained thoroughly before and during service. No unnecessary services or fees were introduced. I would and will continue to use this company mostly because they are honest and that is a quality that I value!

I clicked on the first septic company that came up in my search and I am glad I did. I called in the morning and made an appointment. After going back and forth with my husband telling me we were fine, he cancelled our appointment. He then called back and rescheduled realizing we did need someone to come out. The tech that was supposed to come out had went home because we had cancelled. Luckily Luis was standing there when we called again, and was asked if he could do the job. He agreed. We are very grateful and thankful he did. He came out andwas very informative about our whole system. Luis was very friendly and didn't mind both of us asking him questions. He has a great sense of humor, so it made the whole stinky process more bearable. We want Luis to come back next time we have to have the tank emptied!But I don't want to leave out the gals in the office. They were all very knowledgeable and friendly as well!! I had advanced Septic come out to my home to solve the problem with my alarm going off on my septic system. The first tech that came out isn't the reason I'm writing this review, he was quick to tell me what was wrong and would talk over the top of me while I was explaining what was happening. When he left he said everything is back to where it should be and I said Ill see you tomorrow because the alarm is going to go off again tomorrow. Sure enough it did I called back and they were quick to send someone out again. Brian Chapin looked at the control box, pulled the cover off of the pump tank and within 30 seconds said, "There's the problem the float has come loose and is floating in the tank" Within about 15 minutes he had the float pole pulled up re-attached the float and even replaced the zip ties on the other floats with metal pipe clamps. He tested the system and what do you know its working perfectly. Brain also pulled the filter and clean it out, checked the solids tank and suggested we get it pumped which we will do. Brian was the Service Tech we are all hoping we get whenever we need any kind of service work performed. He listened to everything I had to say, explained everything he was doing, was well versed in his trade, but most of all I felt completely confident that he was the right man for the job. He even helped me with making sure that I was not billed any additional charges for his work that day. Even though day 1 technician didn't fix the problem, I'm still giving them 5 stars for the way they handled this call. Brian is the technician every company wished they had. Advanced Septic....take care of this man!!!

Septic System Replaced: After having a new replacement septic system designed, I sent the design to three different companies, and I have to say that A Advanced Septic & Construction was excellent to work with from the estimation process through the construction and installation. They were very responsive during the estimation process and took the time to walk me through all the options and decisions which I greatly appreciated given the cost of a new system. Likewise, the installation process was great. Good communication and very approachable. The final cost was inline with the estimate plus some unforeseen challenges; however, the final cost met my expectations.

Very happy with this company. Very trustworthy. They are clearly hiring good people and training them well in customer service. Friendly, honest, explained things clearly and offered options without pressure. Will happily use them again and recommend them highly.

A Advanced Septic came out promptly, were VERY knowledgeable, implemented a stress test and got us going to sell our house! This was after we paid roughly 4 times for the same test and a “repair” from another septic company that could not give us any hope or options when they failed to find the problem and repair it. Great company to work with! We had to have a routine septic tank inspection required by the county and I had reached out to a few different places. A Advance was quick to contact me back and super helpful answering all my questions. Their pricing is fair and we were able to get a next-day appointment. When the tech arrived, he was friendly, communicative and everything went quick/smooth. We will definitely recommended A Advance Services to anyone and will be using them again when we need our septic pumped.

After an alarm in the middle of the night, called our regular plumbing service who directed us to this business. They actually answered on a Sunday said they'd send a technician out that same day. Ran a little later than was originally promised, but it was hailing that day. Tech came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, did some maintenance and upkeep of the septic system, and was done in less than 45 minutes. He was also gracious in answering my questions since septic systems were new to me. Very courteous and professional!

We had an alarm on our septic system early in the morning. They came out that day. Figured out the air compressor for the system had died and found an unrelated water leak under the house. The got a new compressor quoted and ordered for us and installed it a few days later. Highly recommend them! All of their people were pleasant and professional. Reasonable pricing too.

Called for a septic pumping appointment and was able to have one scheduled for later that same day, even on a Saturday! Pricing was competitive to other quotes received, but timeliness and professionalism from A-Advanced is what set them apart from the rest. They showed up, did the job, were kind and conversational. The pump went out on our septic system and we had this confirmed on a Friday. We had just had our inspection a few weeks prior and weren’t due for pumping yet for likely another year, but because the pump went out suddenly, we needed pump service on that Friday. The guys that came out, Matt and Justin, they did a very nice job for us and my husband enjoyed chatting with them. They weren’t able to replace the pump then due to not having the part with them, so I called the office and they were able to schedule us for Sunday morning. Joe called to let us know he was on his way and when he arrived, we were so impressed with his manners and positive attitude. He made sure we understood everything he was about to do before getting started, made sure he addressed any questions or concerns we had, and then went right to work. He installed the new pump and did all the necessary testing for us and gladly, our new pump was covered under warranty and we had a really good outcome. When Joe finished our install, he spent a few minutes talking with us about our system and shared a lot of great information with us. It’s clear to us that he is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and goes the extra mile for his customers to feel at ease and have a positive experience while he’s there and to feel really good about the work he performed once he’s gone. Joe is definitely a shining star and deserves to be recognized as such. Also worth nothing, the two individuals who answered the phone when I called in were extremely professional and courteous, particularly the gentleman working that Friday when I called upset that we weren’t able to change the pump the same day. He stayed calm and polite throughout the call, and while I can’t recall his name, I will say, he did a beautiful job of representing the company and also deserves recognition because I wasn’t the easiest person to deal with at that moment (I apologize). Can't say enough about this company or the technician who serviced my septic. I spoke with Courtney in the office who was very helpful and friendly to get me scheduled for a septic pumping. James came out and couldn't have been more friendly or knowledgeable. They send a picture of the technician with a bio so you know who to expect. He took the time to explain how the system looked and tips on how to maintain it going forward. James was Very professional and fast. I won't go any place else next time I need any sort of septic pumping, inspection or repair. Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Last week our toilets backed up. My wife is pregnant and uses the restroom often. The same day we called we had a service team out addressing the issue. They were very polite and professional and explained the process and what needed to be done to correct the issue. Greatly appreciate their fast response time and very professional approach. We had Joe out to evaluate our septic tank to see if the issues we were experiencing were serious. Joe was very kind, patient and informative. He was also very careful to make sure everything was closed up before he left so my dogs would be safe. Great company to work with!! In the last stages of getting her house ready to sell so she could move into a retirement home, my mom-in-law found she needed a whole new septic system, and a complex one on a very challenging lot. Brian at Rise Septic Design came up with a design and he recommended working with A Advanced. Rob, Tyson, Miranda, Roslyn, and the rest at A Advanced were very helpful, doing not only the installation but handling the title paperwork with the County for a very reasonable cost. A key thing I can say is that there were the typical complications during construction, and Rob and Tyson were very professional in working with me to come up with solutions and keep the job moving. It was a pleasure to work and the whole crew, the system was approved by King Co, and the house is now sold.

From the Saturday evening emergency septic pump, to the drain field evaluation and rehab 10 days later. The technicians, office staff, sales reps and everyone my wife or I spoke to were amazing. Thomas and his coworker who did the Septic pumping were friendly and courteous. Ryan, who did the initial site visit for the Septic rehab answered, or returned, all my calls in a timely manner. Taylor who did a second site visit for mapping out all that needed done. Eliseo and his coworker who worked straight through the day to get the Drainfield rehab completed. Lennie, in the office who spoke to my wife and assured her of everything. A fantastic company, personable and friendly. 10/10 would work with again.

I called A advanced septic and construction services because my septic alarm was going off. I called their 24 line at 2am because it was going off at that time and I panicked.They were very nice about telling me that they would send someone that same day in the morning once I told them what was going on (I wasn’t getting backed up water into my house so I knew it was ok)I called other companies that also had a 24 hour number and no one answered even when their website said they were already opened. A-advanced called me back at about 6 am that they had a technician ready and would be on the way. They were very clear about pricing and steps.The technician got here, talked to us and explained everything. I felt very confident and comfortable with their work by this time because they explained everything after an inspection , the technicians were very knowledgeable, Their prices were also very good. They were out of my property very quickly and took care of the problem. I had my septic pumped because I had waited too long to clean out my filter and it could damage more things. Doug came out to pump my septic tank and he was very friendly very knowledgeable. And he did the job great. But his personality won me over.. this man is amazing and should be told so by his company too. He represented his company in a very positive good way. I recently had an issue where my downstairs toilet was backing up. I removed my septic tank lids and saw my solids tank was full - due to my not having the system pumped them out in way too long. I called some septic companies for an emergency cleaning, but all were booked at least a week out. One of the septic companies said A Advanced might be able to come out that day. I called A Advanced at 11:30 AM and they said they could make it out between 2:00 and 7:00. The technician Dillon arrived at 3:15 and after apologizing for what he was about to see, I showed him the disastrous tank. He didn't even blink an eye, although I am sure he wanted to back up the truck and go back to their yard. Dillon went straight to work and after an hour plus of cleaning he had our tanks completely empty. Dillon saved the day. It cost more for the emergency clean out, but it was well worth it. Dillon did a great job and left a clean job site. I really appreciated that A Advanced was able to make it out the same day. So, Thanks Dillon and thanks A Advanced., I would recommend A Advanced to anyone needing a septic cleaning.

They also did a very thorough job in the data available and making sure my contact information was correct. They fixed my issue in a efficient matter. A Advanced Septic is great.Scheduling the work was easy. Those who worked the phones were very friendly and knowledgeable. Matthew did a fantastic job on site, though I slowed him down with all my talking, and counting out the cash. (We had some laughs) I wish him well.This is the second time we have hadA Advanced Septic to our home, both techs were top notch. I'd have A Advanced Septic out next time, if I wasn't moving to Florida.

Really professional and incredibly helpful customer service.We called around for quotes to pump our septic system, I was walked through the process and all the fees. No ‘hidden” charges and was even told about a current coupon they had going. I actually called two other companies including who we had used before but was drawn back to Advanced, how nice they were, how quick they could fit us in and how comparable to other companies they were.Service techs came out on time after a phone call and text giving us a heads up they were on their way and WHO would be showing up. While pumping the technician let us know our septic was actually a 2-chamber system, that we only had uncovered one lid and asked if we knew where the other access lid was (even offered to dig for it but since we weren’t sure and they do charge to dig we declined) and told us how to find out more about our system.We were a little skeptical since we had the system pumped 6 years ago and that company never said a word. After digging through Pierce County records we found it WAS a 2 chamber system, where the lid was and called Advanced back to pump the other side. When I called I barely had to say anything, just who I was and they brought up all previous notes and knew what I was calling about.Since we had already paid for septic pumping they only charged us a service call and pumping per gallon! The other company six years ago didn’t even notice and didn’t pump both sides! We could have had a major problem in a few years and this was all avoided by Advanced's attention to detail. We sure appreciate it and will definitely only call them in the future.

Emailed company for a bid like at 7:30 at night and by 8 that night Adam called me and gave me a straight forward bid. I was digging up my own lids to save money and he was more than helpful in directing me where to dig and said not to hesitate if I needed and further information. Scheduled a routine septic tank pump out for the following Monday. Sheldon & Dillon called me 30 minutes before arrival and gave me a heads up they were on their way. These guys went right to work and got the job done. True professionals. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Jeremy was very respectful, responsive and professional. He spent a lot of energy diagnosing the problem and worked hard to find a solution. We appreciate his attention to safety and that he cleaned up after finishing. He made sure his charges were fair and not overwhelming, explaining everything to us clearly.
