The first tech that came out isn't the reason I'm writing this review, he was quick to tell me what was wrong and would talk over the top of me while I was explaining what was happening. When he left he said everything is back to where it should be and I said Ill see you tomorrow because the alarm is going to go off again tomorrow. Sure enough it did I called back and they were quick to send someone out again. Brian Chapin looked at the control box, pulled the cover off of the pump tank and within 30 seconds said, "There's the problem the float has come loose and is floating in the tank" Within about 15 minutes he had the float pole pulled up re-attached the float and even replaced the zip ties on the other floats with metal pipe clamps. He tested the system and what do you know its working perfectly. Brain also pulled the filter and clean it out, checked the solids tank and suggested we get it pumped which we will do. Brian was the Service Tech we are all hoping we get whenever we need any kind of service work performed. He listened to everything I had to say, explained everything he was doing, was well versed in his trade, but most of all I felt completely confident that he was the right man for the job. He even helped me with making sure that I was not billed any additional charges for his work that day. Even though day 1 technician didn't fix the problem, I'm still giving them 5 stars for the way they handled this call. Brian is the technician every company wished they had. The first tech that came out isn't the reason I'm writing this review, he was quick to tell me what was wrong and would talk over the top of me while I was explaining what was happening. When he left he said everything is back to where it should be and I said Ill see you tomorrow because the alarm is going to go off again tomorrow. Sure enough it did I called back and they were quick to send someone out again. Brian Chapin looked at the control box, pulled the cover off of the pump tank and within 30 seconds said, "There's the problem the float has come loose and is floating in the tank" Within about 15 minutes he had the float pole pulled up re-attached the float and even replaced the zip ties on the other floats with metal pipe clamps. He tested the system and what do you know its working perfectly. Brain also pulled the filter and clean it out, checked the solids tank and suggested we get it pumped which we will do. Brian was the Service Tech we are all hoping we get whenever we need any kind of service work performed. He listened to everything I had to say, explained everything he was doing, was well versed in his trade, but most of all I felt completely confident that he was the right man for the job. He even helped me with making sure that I was not billed any additional charges for his work that day.
